Join Airmid Wellness at the Warminster Community Park for a day of free outdoor wellness classes and activities.
All ages are welcome!
9:00AM - Chair Yoga for Balance & Strength
10:00AM - Kids Fun Mindfulness & Movement for Ages 6-11
11:00AM - Invigorating Flow Yoga for Beginners & Intermediates
12:00PM - Mindfulness and Motion for Stress Release & Relaxation
1:00PM - Slow Flow Yoga for All Levels
2:00PM - TRE for Tension & Stress Release
3:00PM - Tai Chi for Flexibility & Balance
This event is held every first Saturday of the month from May - August.
Registration is not required, but recommended.
