As the holiday season arrives, many job seekers make a bad decision to lessen or shut their job search all together- with the thought they’ll renew and resume their search in the new year. I advise my clients that to do this is a bad decision! Why? A misunderstanding of how hiring happens – as the job market doesn’t take the holidays off and neither should you.
