Gentle Yoga for All Levels: 10:30AM - 11:30AM

Gentle yoga can improve your mood, relax you and can help reduce stress or negative emotions.

This class is especially suitable for beginners and others looking for a softer, slower practice that builds on a gentler sequence of poses.  We start by centering and mindfully exploring the breath which helps to balance and synchronize body and mind. Slow movements gently stretch your body: the muscles, the skin, even massaging organs and increasing blood flow into the areas needing it the most.

Class concludes with a period of deep relaxation; leaving us feeling relaxed, renewed and restored. This class is a great way to start your day with more energy or transition from a hectic day into a tranquil and restful evening.

Love Yourself Women’s Circle: 11:00AM - 12:00PM

This is a weekly meetup based on the philosophy of Louise Hay, author of You Can Heal Your Life. If you don’t yet know of Louise’s work, but are looking to make positive changes in your life, you are welcome to join!

Working with all four aspects of ourselves – mind, body, spirit and emotions through meditation, discussions, exercises, and other tools, we’ll have opportunities to learn, grow and practice Heal Your Life ® points of philosophy, as well as explore work by other authors such as Dr. Wayne Dyer, Cheryl Richardson, Esther Hicks, Shakti Gawain and more.

Mindfulness for Stress Release and Emotional Support: 12:30PM - 1:30PM

If these times of stress and change are feeling overwhelming or if you are needing some community and connection while also building skills to help you feel calmer, then we invite you to join us virtually for Mindfulness for Stress Relief and Emotional Support.

Our instructors will teach a combination of tools to help you find more calm and ease, including gentle movement, mindfulness skills, self-compassion, and nervous-system regulation practices, all from a trauma-informed lens. This class will support you in experimenting with different tools to find out which ones work for you and that you can take with you into your daily life.
