Gentle Flow Yoga: 8:30AM - 9:30AM

Get in shape or stay in shape with this low-impact slow pace exercise. 

Experience a more active flow of basic yoga poses while guided with proper alignment. Beginners easily start enjoying the amazing benefits of a yoga practice and intermediate students grow their practice by learning new poses.

Gradually warm up muscles, joints and connective tissue, stimulating fresh blood and oxygen into better circulation. Guided imagery is often presented which can counteract anxiety and help overcome stress, anger, pain, depression and insomnia.

You’ll love gentle flow yoga for the youthful experience it brings. Feel energized, rested and emotionally and physically balanced.

 

Chair Yoga for Balance and Strength: 2:00PM - 3:00PM

Chair yoga offers people of all ages and abilities all of the benefits of traditional yoga. This class will help to increase your strength, flexibility and energy and decrease stress. 

We begin by tuning into our breath to calm and focus the mind.  We warm up with gentle movements to loosen our shoulders, ankles, legs, feet and hands. Then we slowly transition into a flow of seated yoga postures while synchronizing these movements to our breath.  Each class concludes with a restorative Savasana; a brief period of conscious rest to integrate the benefits of our session. 

There is no need to miss out on the benefits of yoga just because you may have restrictions.  You’ll leave feeling energized, refreshed and balanced in body, mind and spirit.

Slow Flow Intermediate Yoga7:00PM - 8:00PM

Class is designed to help you tune back in with your internal world, the true nature of one’s self. A place of eternal love, gratitude, forgiveness, peace and oneness.

This yoga class is slow paced allowing time to listen to what our bodies need in each moment. Classes are designed to help relieve stress from the mind and body. 

As we unify the breath to the movement of the body we bring conscious movement back to the mind. If you are looking for relief from any type of stress in your life, this class offers a space where you can achieve anything you put your mind and body to.
