Get Grounded! Yoga/Meditation for Stress Management

Please join us in the community room for Get Grounded sponsored by Airmid Wellness. Experience relaxing awareness of the breath and the body to help alleviate and manage symptoms of stress, overthinking or rumination. We finish with a brief guided meditation that helps relax the body and mind and encourage serenity and a sense of calm. Experience not required.

This is a Hybrid format, where we will project the class on the screen for everyone to follow along. Equipment is not necessary.
