Tai Chi with Arlette Twersky

Join us outdoors on the Grundy Library campus (680 Radcliffe Street, Bristol, PA) at 10:00 AM on Thursday, October 6, 13, 20, & 27, 2022 for a Tai Chi session with Arlette Twersky. These four sessions are at an introductory level.

According to the Harvard Medical School, Tai Chi strengthens both the lower and upper extremities and also the core muscles of the back and abdomen. Tai Chi can boost upper- and lower-body flexibility as well as strength and balance.

Wear sunscreen and dress in comfortable clothing and shoes; bring a water bottle. This is an outdoor event. Rain dates: Friday, October 7, 14, 21 & 28, 2022 at 10:00 AM.

Registration is required. Access to the lower-level grounds is by a staircase or ramp. Sorry, restrooms are unavailable during this event.
