Join us for our annual cemetery walk on Halloween weekend and learn some local history. This year, we will explore the cemetery of the Old Presbyterian Church of Newtown. Come explore the building that George Washington commandeered as his hospital, jail and P.O.W. camp following the Battle of Trenton. See the 28 graves belonging to soldiers who fought in the Revolutionary war. Members of the Historic Church Committee will be on hand to provide a tour and information. Church is located at 76 N Sycamore St, Newtown, PA 18940. Please meet in front of the church. Parking is available either at the Anthropologie store next door or at the PNC Bank behind the church. Registration is not required.
